Despite the downturn in the US economy and the drop in real estate values, property values in Costa Rica have remained relatively strong.

Prices have dropped slightly for undeveloped land and building lots, however home values have remained strong throught the year. We believe there is an excellent opportunity to purchase both property and we expect the prices for prebuilt homes and condominiums to remain strong.
